Thank you for your interest in the Providence College Ethics in Business Education Program’s 2020 Michael Smith Regional Ethics Case Competition, scheduled to be held on Saturday, April 4, 2020, on the Providence College campus in Providence, Rhode Island.
For this competition, teams comprised of three or four undergraduate students will analyze a business ethics case over a two-week period prior to April 4, and then present their solution to a panel of judges. We anticipate holding both a preliminary round and a final round on April 4. There will be a $2,000 prize for the first place team and a $1,000 prize for the second place team. All teams are required to have an adviser.
Up to 12 teams will compete, and each school is limited to one team. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis.
The 2020 registration fee is $250 per team (for up to 4 students and 1 adviser).
Registration information for the 2020 competition will be available in the fall.
