Brief Biography:
Edward “Ed” Nelson is a CPA who spent 25 years in public accounting with Ernst & Young, LLP, including 10 years as a partner in the assurance (audit) practice, focusing on early to middle stage companies, with expertise taking companies public through the IPO process.
Ed graduated from St. Bonaventure University with a BBA in Accounting in May 1987 and successfully completed the CPA exam at that time. Ed earned his MSA from Clark University in 2017.
In addition to his responsibilities at PC, Ed works with early-stage companies, primarily in the biotechnology space located in Cambridge, Mass.
