Tom is the Chief Accounting Officer (CAO) at Juniper Networks responsible for overseeing all accounting functions, regulatory compliance, global shared business services, SEC reporting and finance system architecture. Prior to Juniper, he spent 11 years at Dell/EMC Corporation where he was Vice President of Corporate Finance responsible for technical accounting, financial reporting and disclosure for revenue and cost of sales,  Prior to Dell/EMC, he spent 7 years at Arbor Networks as CFO and Treasurer.  

Tom has also enjoyed teaching Finance at Providence College’s School of Business on a adjunct basis. He earned his bachelor’s degree in Public Accounting from PC in 1989. Tom started his career with the audit practice of Coopers & Lybrand (PwC), was certified as a CPA in Massachusetts and later earned his MBA from the Olin School of Business at Babson College.
