Meet the 2022-23 Benjamin Family Social Media Fellows

We are thrilled to announce the incoming team for the Benjamin Family Social Media Fellowship. These nine candidates were selected from a larger pool of talented students across the Providence College student body. 

New to next year’s Fellows, this group will take an elective PCSB course to further develop their digital marketing skills and execute the PCSB social media strategy. As a fresh group of driven and creative students, we are excited to see how they will carry the PCSB brand in the coming academic year!

Myles Forgue ’24 – Chief Content Officer

Hailing from New Bedford, MA, Myles is a rising junior double majoring in marketing and theology. Currently, Myles serves as the Student Director of Internships and Professional Engagement at Habitat for Humanity of Greater Providence. Before this role, he helped recruit, onboard, and lead a team of interns that engineered solutions in digital marketing, search engine optimization, branding, development, and graphic design for the nonprofit. On campus, Myles is an Orientation Coordinator and has been recognized for his servant-leadership in Campus Ministry and the Marketing Fellowship. Invested in the intersection of the liberal arts and business, Myles is looking forward to sharing the stories of students and alumni who creatively capitalize on their education to promote meaningful change across campus and local community.

Tess Sanchioni ’23 – Digital Marketing Consultant

Tess is a rising senior joining us from Medway, MA majoring in marketing and minoring in finance. On campus, she is a member of Delta Sigma Pi and PC Fashion Society. Tess is also currently working as a digital marketing consultant at 190West. Tess is most looking forward to the opportunity to apply the digital marketing skills she has learned in a professional context as well as to contribute to the PCSB community. 

Lily Zgurzynski ’25 – Analyst

Lily is a rising sophomore from Huntington, NY majoring in computer science with a marketing minor. On campus, Lily is a member of Peer Ministry and Faith and Science. Outside of the classroom, she previously worked as a social media intern at BigID, a data privacy startup. She is extremely excited to continue developing her data analysis and digital marketing skills as well as to collaborate with the team to deliver exciting campaigns on PCSB’s socials. 

Ryan Hanewich ’23 – Editor

Ryan is a rising senior from Wrentham, MA., with a major in marketing and a minor in film/video. He is a contributor to the Department of Marketing and Communications and serves as a member of PC Social Media Ambassadors. As part of the fellowship, Ryan is excited to share PCSB’s mission with the Providence College community and would like to explore new ways to increase the school’s digital presence. He hopes to gain practical experience in his role and develop a greater appreciation of working on a team.

Jenna Cobb ‘24 – Creative Director

Jenna is a rising junior from Revere, MA double majoring in marketing and management. She is a social media manager for the Friar Fanatics club and the PCSB Mentorship Program as well as an active member of Women in Business. This summer, Jenna will be interning for the Lexington Blue Sox – an intercity league out of Boston made up of current collegiate athletes and former Red Sox players. In her future career, Jenna hopes to marry her love for sports marketing and social media. In the fellowship, Jenna is excited to create content, to grow with her team, and to fill the shoes of the current fellows.

Kayli Fagan ’23 – Creative Director

Kayli is a rising senior from Taunton, MA double majoring in business management and studio art with a concentration in digital imaging. Outside of her studies, Kayli was a social media marketing intern with Inspira: The Lifestyle Brand. On campus, Kayli participates in the Women’s Club Volleyball team and Leadership Fellows. She also serves as a Peer Tutor at OAS. Kayli is most looking forward to collaborating with other fellows to further her experience in social media.

Santiago (Santi) Najarro Cano ’24 – Community Manager

Santiago, or “Santi,” is a rising junior from Pawtucket, RI majoring in marketing with a minor in theatre. Santi is an involved student on campus, executing public relations for the Organization of Latin American Students (OLAS), participating in theatre, serving as an Orientation Leader, and performing in the co-ed a cappella group, Strictly Speaking. Santi is looking forward to expanding his knowledge and experience in social media management with the rest of the fellows and cannot wait to get started!

Jennifer Lynch ’23 – Community Manager

Jennifer is a rising senior from Foxboro, MA majoring in marketing with a finance minor. Outside of her studies, Jennifer worked as a business development intern at Influence Central, a social media marketing agency that specializes in influencer marketing campaigns. Jennifer is looking forward to expanding her knowledge of digital marketing and media planning. Additionally, she is excited to work alongside the other fellows to make the PCSB social media accounts engaging for both the current PCSB community and prospective students.

Katie Barton ’23 – Researcher

Katie is a rising senior from New Canaan, CT. She is a marketing major with a minor in communications. In PCSB, Katie is a Marketing Fellow and a member of Delta Sigma Pi. In other corners of campus, Katie serves on Admission Ambassadors and participates in Peer Ministry. She is most looking forward to developing her social media marketing skills. Katie is also looking forward to contributing to the PCSB vision through the fellowship.
