Lisa Bousquet, Executive Vice President, is the Senior Human Resources Business Partner for the Consumer Bank. In this role she oversees all aspects of the Consumer Bank’s extensive agenda including culture, leadership, engagement, development, organizational effectiveness, rewards, and talent acquisition. She joined Citizens in February of 2013 as the Head of Talent Management, then transitioned as Senior Development Partner for the Commercial Bank. She has been supporting the Consumer Bank in the role as Sr. HRBP for the past 2 years. Prior to Citizens, Lisa worked at Providence College for 6 years as Senior Associate Vice President of Development. Lisa’s career experience spans across nonprofit, academic and corporate sectors. She holds a BS and BA from Providence College.
