Lisa Bonalle is a dynamic, transformational CEO with a highly collaborative leadership style. She is an expert business strategist, who anticipates industry trends and builds winning strategies, enabling her businesses to consistently deliver exponential growth. She has led businesses from start-ups to multi-billion-dollar divisions of Fortune 500 companies. She is an innovator and entrepreneur who has founded and built companies from the ground up. Lisa has extensive M&A experience, having successfully acquired, repositioned, and sold 10 businesses.

Lisa currently serves as CEO and Board Director of GDS Link; a global credit decisioning software business. Focused on profitability and scale, Lisa grew the profit GDS Link by over 150% in her first 6 months in the role.

Prior to GDS, Lisa was the Group CEO for Verisk Financial. As Group CEO Lisa had P&L responsibility for six separate information services & SaaS businesses. Her functional expertise includes sales, marketing, product development, operations, analytics, and finance. Lisa established successful partnerships with several of the world’s largest media companies and has worked with many of the world’s largest financial institutions and retailers.

Lisa is particularly passionate about Diversity, Equity and Inclusion, providing strong mentorship and allyship for her team members to truly build an inclusive work culture. She is active as a board member and mentor in several not-for-profit organizations focused on women’s leadership, including How Women Lead, Women in Consumer Finance, and Nerdy Girl Success.

Ms. Bonalle holds an MBA from NYU Stern School of Business, where she was a Beta Gamma Sigma graduate. She is a summa cum laude graduate of Providence College, where she currently serves on the Board of Overseers. She is the Chair of the Board of Trustees of The Ursuline School. Lisa is an adjunct marketing professor at Iona University. In the spirit of Serviam, instilled in her at Providence and Ursuline, Lisa has extensive not-for-profit board experience and has raised millions of dollars for causes she is passionate about.
