Kerry King is managing director and large corporate lease originator for Global Leasing, Bank of America Merrill Lynch with over 27 years of structured finance experience. Based in Boston, Ms. King is responsible for lease originations and structuring for large corporate clients in the energy and power sectors. King also manages lease opportunities within Latin America.

Prior to joining Bank of America Merrill Lynch in 2007, King was with MUFG’s equipment finance group for over 14 years. Her roles and responsibilities included pricing, structuring, capital markets, lessor advisory and originations. King was primarily focused on highly structured and cross border transactions throughout her tenure.

King has a BS in Finance from Providence College and an MS in Finance from Boston College Carroll School of Management. King is a Chartered Financial Analyst and a member of the CFA Institute and the Boston Security Analyst Society, Inc. Ms. King is a mentor for the Cherie Blair Foundation and is very active in a number of charitable organizations. Ms. King is the class representative for PC Class of 1990.

Ms. King lives in Norwell, MA, and is the proud parent of three children including a current Friar in the Class of 2021.
