Jennifer Scavina is the Executive Vice President & Managing Partner of EGR International and BlackLab Media, New York City-based engagement and visual design agencies providing global organizations expertise in the areas of engagement, performance improvement/motivation and marketing.

Regarded as a transformational executive and communications powerhouse throughout her 25+ years of success in business, Jennifer has served as an expert advisor to Fortune 500 C-suite clients. Within her career she has been known to build meaningful relationships that not only promote business growth but also positively impact organizations’ cultures.

Beyond her business acumen, Jennifer has dedicated more than 30 years to the study and pursuit of spiritual practices, and as such is recognized as having a rare ability to infuse higher purpose and meaning into all areas of life, relationships and business. From extensive work in inner-city, non-profit programs to consulting global executives, Jennifer leads with insight, integrity and authenticity.

Jennifer earned a bachelor of arts degree from Providence College in 1990 and among other accolades, credits her time at Providence with reinforcing values, instilling deep faith and affording her life-long and beautiful relationships.

Jennifer currently resides with her husband Nick in Greenville, Delaware and shares in the joys and successes of three grown children.
