Keith Torello is a principal/owner of Progressive Benefit Solutions, LLC (PBS).   

PBS is a broker/client oriented company offering products and solutions that change the way brokers deliver and employers purchase and manage their employee benefits.  

Specifically, PBS specializes in the:  

• development and support of client based benefit administration solutions (Ben-Admin),  
• the administration of IRS Pre-tax Benefit and Consumer Directed Health Plans (CDHP),  
• the administration of COBRA,  
• the administration of retirement plans, and  
• selectively, health & life insurance brokerage services.  

PBS partners with Health & Life Insurance Agencies/Brokers, Insurance Carriers and Payroll vendors who rely on PBS’ ability to effectively deliver and support products that strengthen their relationship with clients/employers and their respective employees. This relationship demands that the PBS products be cost effective, market oriented and easy to use – while fulfilling a real client need. In this regard, PBS has evolved using a unique business model.  

Prior to the establishing PBS with his brothers, Keith’s work experience includes; a software engineer at EMC in Hopkinton, MA, a game day software engineer at ESPN and the role of Director of Health Care Consultants at United Healthcare with the responsibility to improve business processes by reducing the probability that an error or defect will occur.  

Keith graduated from Providence College in 2000 with a BS in Computer Science.  He also received an MBA from the University of New Haven in 2007.
