Leadership in Action: Brady Remshak ’25 Shares Insights from the Delta Sigma Pi LEAD Conference

Brady Remshak ’25 cultivated leadership skills during his recent trip to the Delta Sigma Pi LEAD conference in Philadelphia. Remshak is a finance major who is president of the Delta Sigma Pi business fraternity at Providence College and vice president of the Providence College Business Ethics Club.
Delta Sigma Pi is a coed professional fraternity that develops principled business leaders by offering lifelong professional and social opportunities. Providence College’s Omega Upsilon chapter has 97 active members. Remshak has served as the fraternity’s vice president of finance and vice president of professional events, before being elected president for the 2024-2025 academic year.
As president, Remshak attended the weekend-long DSP LEAD event in November. The event included a networking event with other DSP members in chapters attending universities across the country and a keynote speaker highlighting the importance of teamwork. Remshak also participated in a breakout session to “strengthen my leadership and learn ways to improve the Providence College chapter,” covering topics such as financial management and fundraising best practices, how to achieve goals, and mastering active listening.
