Originally from Westfield NJ, Nick graduated from Providence College in 2021 with a degree in finance, suma cum laude. Nick recently transitioned to the Ares Management Corporation as a Private Equity Global Capital Solutions Associate. He has an extensive background in CRE and Residential RE through family exposure within the Central and South New Jersey Regions in addition to 2.5 years at USB working for CRE Credit Underwriting Team specializing in secured term loans, secured construction loans, unsecured term loans, and unsecured subscription lines of credit for all asset types as well as REIT’s, Fund’s, and REOC’s.
