Hailey is a recruiter within the early talent acquisition & programs space at Liberty Mutual Insurance headquartered in Boston, MA. Her role focuses on the recruitment of early talent to fill internship and entry-level full time roles leading to future management positions. She specializes in the recruitment of undergraduates, graduates, and individuals pursuing certain designations and bootcamps for a variety of business functions and specifically owns the early talent strategy for analytics hiring within the organization. Before this, Hailey began her career in recruiting with her role as an assistant director in Boston College’s Carroll School of Management Graduate Admissions office specializing in MBA recruitment and transitioning from there into a role on the MBA Campus & Programmatic Hiring team at Wayfair.

Hailey graduated from Boston College with her master’s in higher education (2021) and Providence College with a bachelor’s in political science and economics (2016).
