Kaitlin is an AI Success Engineer for Go-To-Market at OpenAI, a role she assumed in May 2026. She partners with organizations to implement and scale generative AI solutions, helping teams translate advanced AI capabilities into meaningful business outcomes. Working closely with cross-functional stakeholders, she focuses on optimizing model performance, driving adoption, and aligning AI initiatives with strategic goals while serving as a trusted advisor to clients. Prior to joining OpenAI, Kaitlin was an Executive Director in the Firmwide Artificial Intelligence division at Morgan Stanley, where she led the Firmwide Generative AI Solutions Team. She was named to the Morgan Stanley MAKERS Class of 2024, recognizing her leadership and advocacy.
