Andrew Gorgone ’09

Andrew joined Berkshire Partners in 2025. Prior to this new role he served as the Director of Investor Relations at Bain Capital Credit’s Boston office. Previously, he was a Principal of Business Development at Ares Management where he worked across all asset classes with the firm’s institutional clients including pension systems, insurance companies, consultants, endowments, foundations, and family offices. Prior to his time at Ares, Andrew was a Vice President at Wells Fargo Securities in the Capital Introduction and Prime Brokerage group. Andrew began his career at State Street Bank after graduating. Andrew previously served on the PC to Wall Street Council, which rebranded into the Emerging Business Leaders Council since 2016.
