Shamus is a business development leader with 13 years of experience across high-growth technology startups and publicly traded companies. He has worked extensively in San Francisco, helping scale and grow sales and partnership teams through periods of rapid expansion. Most recently, he serves as Director of Business Development at Circle, where he leads business development for Arc, Circle’s Layer 1 blockchain, and supported the company’s growth in the lead-up to its IPO. Shamus brings deep experience in 0-to-1 dealmaking, ecosystem partnerships, and emerging technology, and has led and executed numerous strategic AI and infrastructure partnerships.
