Griffin Young is a Director of Human Resources at Fidelity Investments, supporting teams across client services, operations, and marketing within the firm’s Digital Assets business. In his role, Griffin advises leaders on a wide range of HR areas, including organizational design, talent strategy, policy, and associate relations. He also contributes to global HR initiatives that align with Fidelity’s people strategy. Prior to this role, Griffin led HR in Europe for Fidelity’s real estate business, Pembroke, and was based in London. Previously, he held various HR roles at Fidelity supporting the Audit, Risk, and Compliance functions, as well as leading university recruiting efforts for innovation-focused business units. Griffin holds a Bachelor of Science in Management with a certificate in Labor-Management Relations from Providence College and an MBA with a concentration in Organizational Behavior from Suffolk University. He is a SHRM Certified Professional (SHRM-CP) and an active member of the Society for Human Resource Management.
