Kaitlin is an Executive Director in the Firmwide Artificial Intelligence division based in New York City. She leads the Firmwide Generative AI Solutions Team, which focuses on implementing cutting-edge Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) models at Morgan Stanley. In this capacity, she is accountable for establishing rigorous protocols to assess generative AI model outputs and ensure alignment with organizational goals. Kaitlin collaborates closely with cross-functional teams and stakeholders to customize and optimize generative AI model performance, and serves as a key relationship manager, maintaining strategic partnerships with AI industry leaders to keep Morgan Stanley at the forefront of generative AI developments.
Kaitlin graduated from Providence College with a Bachelor of Arts in History and has been with Morgan Stanley since 2015. Kaitlin was named to the Morgan Stanley MAKERS Class of 2024 which is awarded to women who are advocates, mentors, trailblazers and champions for women inside and outside the Firm.
