Meet the 2026-2027 Benjamin Family Social Media Fellows!

The Providence College School of Business is thrilled to announce the next cohort of the upcoming Benjamin Family Social Media Fellows! These students were selected from a competitive pool of applicants, and will play an essential role in advancing the PC Business brand. Through the fellowship, these students will have the opportunity to strategize, create, and analyze content across all PC Business social media channels. They will gain hands-on experience in the ever-changing digital landscape of social media.

Kayla Ferullo ’27, Chief Content Officer
Kayla Ferullo ’27 works on campus as a game day marketing assistant for sports operations in men’s and women’s basketball and hockey. In this role, she assists with in-game promotions, as well as promotional marketing photography for the team. Ferullo runs a small photography business where she captures senior photos, headshots, game day pictures and other portraits. She is also an admissions ambassador at PC. Ferullo is grateful and excited to have this opportunity as well as eager to learn from the mentors of this program. She can’t wait to see what this team will create in the next year!
Jane Sesta ’27, Creative Director
Jane Sesta ’27 is a marketing major from Middletown, Connecticut. On campus, she gained hands-on experience creating digital content through her work with PC Dining for Sodexo, managing social media, developing creative campaigns, and highlighting dining experiences for the Providence College community. She also contributed to brand storytelling and content creation for Serà Fine Silk while studying in Milan, Italy, helping grow their online presence and engage a global audience. Through these experiences, Sesta developed skills in social media strategy, content creation, and audience engagement. She is excited to collaborate with the other fellows and continue building her knowledge in social media and marketing.


Maryna Pezzullo ’27, Community Manager
Maryna Pezzullo ’27 is a management major and dance minor from South Kingstown, Rhode Island. On campus, Pezzullo works for the Providence College Athletic Ticket Office. As a student worker she contributes to office customer relations as well as customer service at men’s and women’s basketball and men’s hockey games. She is currently completing an internship within the Providence College Division of College Events Management and Planning Department. In this role, she assists with event logistics and supports crowd management at various events. Pezzullo was recently inducted into Beta Gamma Sigma, which honors the top 10% of undergraduate students at AACSB-accredited business schools globally. She is also a member of various campus clubs and a mentor for the PCSB Student Mentor Program. Off campus, Pezzullo has been a valuable member of the Galilee Beach Club serving in various capacities for the past seven years. In addition, she continues her love of dance by assisting at Soles Dance Academy and hopes to open her own dance studio one day. She is excited to represent PC Business through the fellowship and work with the other fellows!
Daniel Keilman ’29, Research Analyst
Daniel Keilman ’29 is a finance major from Rye Brook, New York. For the fall semester of his first year, Keilman studied abroad in Florence, Italy, bringing an international perspective to his academic experience. On campus, he is a member of the PC Club Rugby team and works with the admissions office to promote Verto Education, Providence College’s first-year study abroad program. With an entrepreneurial spirit and a deep passion for business, he is excited to further his knowledge in digital marketing and is grateful for the opportunity to work alongside the other fellows in the Benjamin Family Social Media Fellowship. He is truly humbled to have been selected for this role and looks forward to making a lasting impact at Providence College.


Elizabeth Mignardi ’27, Editor
Izzy Mignardi ’27 is an honors creative writing student with a communications minor from Williston Park, New York. Last summer, she interned at local news station WPRI-TV. This summer, she’ll continue to pursue her career in journalism on Long Island with Newsday Media Group. At Providence, she serves as an adult literacy volunteer and writes for the news and sports sections of The Cowl. Additionally, she works as a sideline reporter for various athletic teams. She’s excited for this fellowship and the chance to engage even more with the Providence College community.
Phoebe Johnston ’27, Digital Marketing Consultant
Phoebe Johnston ’27 is a marketing major with a finance minor from West Hartford, Connecticut. On campus she is a member of the Women in Business Club, as well as a student leader for Urban Action. Last summer she worked as a marketing and social media intern for the nonprofit Tighed Together. This semester she is a partnerships & PR intern for the Danish startup, AETHER, while studying abroad in Copenhagen. She is extremely excited for this opportunity, and is looking forward to making a meaningful difference in the PC Business community.


Martina Torre Festa ’28, Digital Marketing Consultant
Martina Torre Festa ’28 is a marketing and management double major with a minor in finance. She is also a Division I athlete on the field hockey team and junior captain for this upcoming season. Torre Festa has experience coaching and mentoring younger athletes both in Argentina and in the United States, and has also worked in social media marketing for a family business, where she created content and helped strategize and grow engagement. This summer she will be gaining experience working at Latin America Postal in Buenos Aires to obtain a more hands-on perspective on this field and the management side as well. On campus and in the community, Torre Festa finds herself getting involved through service, by volunteering at various events. This includes mentoring students and supporting St. Pius V Catholic School as a translator by translating documents and assisting in-person with Spanish-speaking families. She is proud to represent PC Business through this program and excited to keep learning more about digital marketing, and to work with her peers to create a lot of fun, innovative, and engaging content.
Heidy Guzman ’27, Digital Marketing Consultant
Heidy Guzman ’27 is a marketing major and dance minor from Lawrence, Massachusetts. On campus, she is involved in the Board of Programmers, where she will serve as Executive Treasurer for the 2026–2027 school year, as well as Dance Company, Berkeley Business Scholars, the Providence College Social Media Ambassador program, and the MLK Scholars program. Guzman gained marketing experience through internships with LikeyCo., a New York City–based experiential marketing agency, and Youz Talent in Barcelona, where she worked with Gen Z–focused campaigns. She is passionate about building community through creative media and is grateful to represent the Providence College School of Business while continuing to make a meaningful impact.


Rylee Tighe ’27, Digital Marketing Consultant
Rylee Tighe ’27 is an honors marketing and political science student at PC. On campus, she is a social media ambassador, working to create content and share ideas with her peers. Additionally, she is the current vice president of alumni relations for Delta Sigma Pi, the college’s business fraternity, where she connects with both alumni and professionals in order to strengthen the clubs community as well as the business school as a whole. Off campus, she has had many experiences interning both in New Jersey and while studying abroad in Copenhagen, Denmark, helping diverse teams strengthen both business models and social media strategies. Tighe is extremely excited for the opportunity to represent the business school and continue growing her consulting skills through hands-on experiences!
Leah Welshman ’27, Digital Marketing Consultant
Leah Welshman ’27 is a communications major with a sociology minor from South Kingstown, Rhode Island. She is the president of the Providence College Fashion Society, where she leads creative marketing initiatives and oversees digital content. She also teaches pilates both on campus and at a local studio. Welshman has experience in digital marketing through her work in fashion and as a vintage clothing reseller, where she curates and promotes pieces on social media. She is passionate about creative branding, storytelling, and finding innovative ways to engage audiences. She is excited to represent PC Business, continue developing her digital marketing skills, and collaborate with peers and mentors while bringing creativity and a strong work ethic to the role.
