PC 2 Wall Street
The Providence College 2 Wall Street Council was established to create a formal network of alumni, students, and parents in the financial profession, with the goal of helping students and alumni as they progress in their careers. The Wall Street Council supports career development of current students and alumni through organized events, informal networking, and ongoing engagement with the staff and faculty of the Providence College School of Business (PCSB). Council members play a critical role in preparing students for the demands of today’s business world by acting as mentors, influencing curriculum, and providing network-building opportunities.
Goals and Objectives:
- Engage New York City area alumni through a series of quarterly events that feature keynote speakers from the financial industry
- Provide an external, practically-focused perspective on curricular and co-curricular development of the Finance major and to the PCSB more broadly
- Act as a sounding board for current students, providing career advice, mentorship, and network-building opportunities
