Worked in a myriad of industries-retail banking, sporting goods, custom packaging, electronics, & eye wear, upgrading customer service teams to better serve both internal & external customers. 17 years as an adjunct & practitioner teaching marketing.

Teaching Philosophy:
My philosophy is learning by doing. Students complete more than a few team applications, which contribute to a better semester-long project. Interaction and hands on are the methods, along with some lecture.
