The annual Intercollegiate Business Convention (IBC) presents a great opportunity for young women looking to expand their business networks and gain real-world experience. Occurring Saturday, Oct. 17, at Boston’s Hynes Convention Center, the IBC will be hosted by the Harvard Undergraduate Women in Business (HUWIB). This event is the world’s largest student-run business conference for women, and aims to build a global support network and community of empowerment for women interested in business. Now in its eleventh year, the IBC attracts over 1,200 registrants, including 100 professionals, who are all invited to an exclusive career fair, as well as networking sessions. This year, the keynote speakers will include Rosalind Brewer, President & CEO of Sam’s Club, and Orit Gadiesh, chairman of Bain & Company.
Providence College School of Business is reaching out to those students interested in attending by offering assistance with registration and transportation costs. If you are a PC student interested in registering or finding out more information, contact email@example.com as soon as possible.
